Endless comments about Project 2025 as it is related to Trump but the simple truth is the two have never been related.
Project 2025 being Trump's playbook was reported by CNN as a false narrative the Harris campaign is knowingly pushing and been classified as disinformation from independent news organizations such as USA Today. Trump's agenda is on his website and the campaign has consistently denied association with Heritage Foundation's Project 2025 since Nov 2023 which was within 30 days of release.

Heritage Foundation
Political focused Think Tanks usually have members who have served in political capacities before.
Heritage Foundation has many members who have served in conservative administrations
Trump is the only conseravtive President in the last 20 years so many did serve under Trump
Think Tanks work on policy recommendations which their party can review but they never represent the political party
The President sets their own policy
Heritage Foundation has denied Trump endorsement as has Trump denied endorsing Project 25
Heritage is a 501(c)(3)
By IRS code, cannot be affiliated with a political party.
"Under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office. Contributions to political campaign funds or public statements of position (verbal or written) made on behalf of the organization in favor of or in opposition to any candidate for public office clearly violate the prohibition against political campaign activity. Violating this prohibition may result in denial or revocation of tax-exempt status and the imposition of certain excise taxes."

I do not blame anyone who believes Project 2025 is Trump's playbook because the Harris campaign has knowingly pushed a false narrative and the media has assisted in spreading that disinformation with an effective online campaign which makes it difficult to find the sources of truth. Fortunately Vic and a few others have been keeping track of the story as it unfolded and kept the articles and links to factual stories and within, it clearly shows Project 2025 never was Trump's playbook and the Harris campaign knew it.
